Ingredients 

• 1 oz. raw or pure honey
• 2 oz. unsweetened apple sauce
• 5 small gingersnap cookies
• 1 tsp. bee pollen

Instructions

1. Grind gingersnap cookies and bee pollen with mortar and pestle
2. Mix honey with applesauce in separate bowl.
3. Add crumbs to sauce mixture.
